Pictures
So here are some pictures, we figured out how to post pictures but not how to coordinate the description with each picture.
The first one is our friends the Lis with daughter Rebecca. The second one is Rebecca on the playground. We discovered that keeping an active six year old safe and happy on the playground for one hour is very tiring!! Hats off to you parents of young kids!!!
The third picture is of Tom on the cell phone saying goodbye to CL from just north of Rockaway Beach Pacifica. Very windy but beautiful.
We had a comfortable 14 hour flight, I managed to sleep almost a normal amount, Tom less, the airline showed five movies. We only watched the first one.
We were met at the airport by Tom's colleague, Martijn and driven to Sancta Sophia College on the University of Sydney.
The fourth picture is us on the steps of Sancta Sophia College.
We explored out to the city to the Sydney Opera house and wharf area. Saw the Dijiri-Du being played. And we walked thru the Botanical Gardens. One tree's flowers had blossoms like giant honey suckle blooms. That's us in the last picture next to the tree.
More later as we explore further afield.
